Rod Reinforced Wire Belt - WB-RR

Rod reinforced weave belt consists of single directional spirals inter-woven into the preceding spirals. The spirals are "reinforced" by the insertion of a straight or "U" cross-rod connector inserted through its vertices. This structure allows a very high tensile strength with very low thermal retention, full loading capacities and minimal stretch at extremely high operating temperatures.
Application
1. Widely used in solar-power, mine, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, glass, printing and machinery industries;
2. Used for heat treatment, drying, cooling, refrigerating, cleaning, dehydration, sintering, transportation, material handling, steaming, filtering, sludge draining, printing, etc.
3. Used in sintering furnace, annealing furnace, traveling furnace, high-temperature furnace, production line, etc.
