The Rebar Coupler is used for Mechanical Bar Splicing in construction with high strength. It is a new, effective, simple operate and cost saving way of mechanical bar splicing.
Basic Information
1.Size: 14mm-40mm.
2.Raw Material:45# high-quality carbon structural steel.
3.Type: Standard Type, Left-Handed&Right-Handed Type, Reducing Type.
4.Tensile strength could reach 110% of parent material.
5.Suitable Rebar: HRB335,HRB400,HRB500 and Equivalent Rebars.
Relate Test:
1.Tensile Strength=1.1*Tensile Strength of Rebar (Usually more than 600Mpa)
2.Fatigue Test: After 2 million times of fatigue strength test, connection is in good condition
