1, Main tank is non-pressure, Inter copper coil can bear 6~8bar work pressure.
2. The material of inner tank is SUS304 2B food grade stainless steel with 0.4mm thickness.
3. The material of outer tank is SUS304 stainless steel with 0.4mm thickness.
4. The material of stand frame is stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. The angle of the frame can be changed in the production as the local latitude of customers, we can design the suitable angle for the customers. We also could provide the adjustable frame.
5. The thickness of polyurethane foam is 55-60mm.

6. Copper coil diameter 14mm, thickness 1.0 mm, length 25~35mm
7. Hen water flows through the coil, it absorbs heat from the water inside the solar collector tank, so the solar collector tank is a thermal store.
8. Easy plug-in installation.

Working Principle

Cold water flows into water tank and becomes high temperature via heat absorbing from vacuum tube. When consumer wants to use, cold water crossed from coiler who could exchange heat energy with hot water inside of tank, consumer will enjoy fresh and high hydraulic hot water out from the coiler. Also could drink the water from the copper pipe.
