1. Brief Introduction
This is a Two-Line Business Telephone that supplies a powerful business management tool for business management with CTI software, including customer resource management, email management, internal management, operation management etc.
2. Connection:
2.1 Stand-alone connection:
Description: Stand-alone connection means that one business telephone is interfacing with one database that cannot be shared with others.
2.2 Network connection:
Description: Network connection means that one database can be shared with several others connected to the business telephone, with assignable authority for database access, when several people are using this business telephone in the same company, some information can be shared and some information is managed by user level.
3. Application
This system is ideal for: Small Office & Home Office (SOHO), Business managers, Sales departments, agents or Brokerage Company, customer service centers or any other service type companies.
4. Main Functions
4.1 Support Two Outside Lines:
Description: Supporting Two outside Lines allows you to switch calls between two lines as well as create telephone conferencing with two callers.
4.2 Call ID with Callers name
Description: When an outside call is accessed, both the callers name and their number will be displayed on the LCD, from the details stored in the phone-book.
4.3 Call Record and Callback
Description: User can callback any number that is in either the In-call or the Out-call list.
4.4 Auto-select Route, Auto-dial Outward code and IP code
Description: You can save on call fees.
4.5 Speed Dialing
Description: Allows you to store up to 36 frequently used outside numbers as speed-dial numbers, allowing you to make an outside call with just one touch.
4.6 On-hook Dialing
Description: Allows Number-dialing before you lift the handset, also allows you to delete erroneous numbers while you are dialing, this is as convenient as similar use on a mobile phone.
4.7 Intelligent Redial
Description: Allows you to redial the last dialed number automatically.

Description: User can assign unconditional transfer, busy transfer; do not disturb functions that can greatly increase work efficiency, as well as allowing assigning time transfer for these types of transfer.
4.12 Differentiate ringing (melody ringing)
a) The Business Telephone has 12 different built-in melody tunes, 3 ring tunes are preset, and the other 9 tunes are available for assignment by the user for different call types.
b) In addition, the user can assign different ringing tunes between internal calls and outside calls.
4.13 Voice Record by PC
Description: User can record conversation via a PC while talking with a caller on an outside line.
4.14 Outside line & Extension LED Indicator
Description: User can switch ON / OFF hook, call-on-hold / reconnect, three party conferences, between two outside lines freely.
4.15 Telephone Book
Description: User can save about 500pcs telephone number and name, both the number and the associated name will display as soon as the number is accessed.
4.16 Support CRM Software
Description: User can well manage his customer information (such as agreement, history, voice record, memo, etc) by our Customer Relationship Management software. Meanwhile, user can add, delete, upload, copy or download telephone book for business telephone by computer.
4.17 Remote Program
Description: Authorized users can access updated data using a function through the internet.
4.18 Entertainment
Description: The business telephone also has a built-in FM radio, users can use this telephone as a entertainment-box to listen to the radio or play music from a PC.
