PCM—Pre-coated Metal Sheet
PCM is a kind of compound metal sheet rolled with color coating. Also called pre-painted metal , pre-coated steel, color coated steel sheet, color painted metal sheets. They can be made in coils or cut in plates of different sizes according to customer's requests.
The base metal is 0.3mm ~ 1.2mm thickness of cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum alloy plate and other metal sheets. And there are light PCM and matt PCM.
Color coated steel materials have now been widely used in household appliances as the surface construction of electronic appliance body, due to their many advantages
Performance advantages:
colorful coating, with wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, easy-wash and good processability properties. Can match color according to customers’ requirements and also can meet customers’ demands for different colors in a relatively short period.
