Marine Growth Prevention System - EQ006

TiTaN the manufactures and supplies marine growth prevention system to prevent /control biofouling that occurs in Offshore oil rigs, board ships, power plants, petrochemical and electric utilities. Seawater line blocks by accumulation of barnacles, mussels and other lower forms of marine life affecting the safety and operational capability of the ship which can be protected by injection of sodium hypochlorite solution generated by TiTaN's Marine growth prevention system providing efficient protection to the equipment against the growth of organic fouling. RT Marine system produces a dilute, safe sodium hypochlorite solution onsite for direct injection into the water system. The heart of the system is comprised of HypoPac bipolar concentric tubular electrode (CTE) cell assembly and Cloromarine monopolar disc electrode (CTE) cell assembly. The HypoPac CTE system is typically used for small to medium production capacities of sodium hypochlorite. Liquid passes through the CTE system's tubular design at a high velocity, which results in turbulent flow preventing calcareous deposits from accumulating and/or precipitating on the electrodes. The Self Cleaning design doesn't require acid wash or other electrode cleaning methods, which allows the system consistently operate at design output capacity.
