Purified air divided into two shares after the main heat exchanger, one through the heat exchanger into the expander expansion refrigeration, part of the expansion sent cold-box after the re-heat of the heat exchanger, Into Process air intake to reduce the load of molecular sieve purification，the other part into upper tower, the other share is cooled liquefied of reflux gas, into the lower tower after low throttle.
The air is distillation after distillation column, obtained liquid air, pollution nitrogen, nitrogen and pure liquid nitrogen. Pollution nitrogen is Regeneration gas for the main heat exchanger after re-heat of the cooler.
Product of pure liquid nitrogen extracted from the tower delivered to the liquid nitrogen tank.
