KR FH40 shipbuilding Steel Description:
KR FH40 steel is a kind of hot rolled high tensile strength steel. The KR FH40 grade steel plates have yield strength of 56,500 psi (390 MPa), and ultimate tensile strength of 74,000 - 94,500 psi (510-650 MPa). KR FH40 steel can achieve the impact toughness at Celsius degree -60°. All the KR FH40 shipbuilding Steel offered by BEBON steel can be certificated by Korean Register of Shipping (KR).

KR FH40 Shipbuilding Steel Application:
KR FH40 Shipbuilding steel plates are mainly used for making the offshore oil drilling platform, the hull of ship building and ship repairing, the platform pipe joints and other components.

Thickness: 4mm to 260mm,
Width: 1200mm to 4000mm
Length: 3000mm to 18000mm.

KR FH40 Shipbuilding Steel Chemical Composition:

Main chemical composition in KR FH40 steel is carton max 0.160, silicon 0.1-0.5, manganese 09-1.6, phosphorus max 0.025, Sulphur max 0.025.

The min Yield is 390Mpa, the tensile is 510-650Mpa, the Elongation is 20%, the Min Impact Energy is about 40J
