1)The mechanical structure and working principle of the Dryer:

Coal slime dyer mainly by heat, scatter device, belt type feeder, feeding machine, rotary roller, belt discharging machine, induced draft fan (offer: roof fan), unloading distribution ark feeder and composition .coal slime dyer working principle as follow ，because slime has certain viscous ,in a dry process ,slime into dry wet after points following several workspace machine:

(3)Tilt Yang stripper plate area , Wet coal slime within this region has a low moisture loose state ,in this area material has not bond phenomenon , After heat required material reached the required moisture state ,going into the final material area ;

(4) the discharging area , Roller in the area does not set copy plate , material within this region scroll glide to a discharging port ,completing the whole drying process .

2) The Main Characteristic of Slime Dryer
(1) Slime dyer own resistance to overload ability , large capacity per unit area , fule consumption less ,dry cost is low

(2) Adopt downstream drying methods , smoke and wet materials with side by entering drying machine , use high temperature fume achieve very high evaporation strength , the dryer export low temperature ,high thermal efficiency ;

(3) According to different material properties change operation parameters in the dryer, make the material form a stable cylinder body all the broken fabrics act, qualitative heat more fully ;

(4) New feeding and discharging device, to eliminate the drum drying machine feeding jams, discontinuity, uneven return material phenomenon, reduced dust removal system load ;
