1. Regulator of auto height regulator
The machine has many functions such as automatic positioning, automatic position, automatic perforation, and automatic height-regulating device of capacitance. The plasma cutting machine is equipped with the imported height-regulating device of arc voltage.

The driven device adopts the full-digital AC servo system and motor made by Japan Panasonic which has high running precision.
3. The travel reducer
The travel reducer adopts German high precision planet gear reducer.

The lifter the aluminum alloy structure. It is LED by screw, guided by straight line bearing, the precision is guaranteed.
5. Cutting power
The cutting power may select USA Hypertherm, Germany Kilby, USA Thermadyne and internal and external famous brands.
6. The machine body
The machine body is gantry type structure; The crossbeam is treated by whole annealing to eliminate stress so it has good rigidity and high strength without permanent deformation.
7. The horizontal rails
The horizontal guide track adopts a straight line track with high precision and smooth running.
8. The track gauge
The machine with below 4m track gauge adopts single side driven, the machine with above 4m track gauge adopts double-side driven to guarantee its precision and high speed smooth running.
9. The cutting torch holder
The cutting torch holder adopts the collision-preventing design to ensure the cutting torches are not damaged in production.
10. The cutting torch holder
The vertical guide track adopts heavy rail. The surface has high precision and wear-ability via grinding post processing. The rail length can be increasing and decreased according to the requirements of users (specification: 2m/section).
11. CNC System
The digital control system may be equipped with the international famous brands such as USA Hypertherm, Spanish Fagor, or Beijing Start etc. According to the requirements of users.
12. Program and nesting software
The programming and jacking software may be equipped with FastCAM, InteGNPS etc. Or the needs of users.
