Machine Construction
● It consists of main worktable, gantry, sliding sleeve drilling heads, guiding device of cutting tools, electrical system and chip removal system.
● The worktable is used for clamping and positioning of workpiece, there is T-slots on worktable for workpiece clamping easily. The worktable is casting structure and go through annealing to remove internal stress, can ensure long-term use without any deformation. The base saddle of worktable is installed ball screw and linear guide, driven by a servo motor for X direction. It installs telescopic stainless steel shield at both ends of worktable, which can play good role in protection and in keeping good appearance.
● The gantry is welding parts, can ensure long-term use without any deformation. Two sets of sleeve-type drilling heads are installed on the gantry beam, driven by the linear guide, two sets of servo motors and ball screw respectively drive drilling heads for Y direction. On both sides of gantry column a set of sleeve-type drilling head is installed respectively, driven by the servo motor and ball screw, can move up and down at V axis, so that to process at diameter direction.
● Sleeve-type drilling head is installed on the sliding plate, adopts lengthened guiding, driven by servo motor and large module gear rack to improve the feeding speed. The spindle and the spindle drive motor is directly connected, the sleeve simultaneously goes ahead with the motor, and guided by the linear guide, which is to ensure driving effectiveness, and can also play a role in spindle positioning. Rotating speed of spindle adopts stepless adjustment.
● The guiding device of cutting tools plays a supporting role in long tool’s processing, driven by servo motor and ball screw, and guided by the linear guide, automatically move to the positioning location according to drilling position change, to suit position changes in diameter direction.
● Electric system is controlled by PLC and upper computer, upper computer facilitates to storage and input of workpiece processing program, easy operation. Software platform is WINXP, friendly interface with powerful programming function. The workpiece’s size can be input by keyboard and USB interface, and the CAD / CAM can convert directly.
● There are two spiral chip- removals (optional) at two sides of worktable, collecting metal chips.
● Key mechanical, hydraulic pressure and electrical components are chosen from famous cooperation domestic and abroad.
