C :≤0.16 , Si:0.3-0.5 , Mn:0.8-1.25 , S :≤0.03 ,
P :≤0.03 , Cr:0.4-0.65 , Cu:0.25-0.4 , Vi:0.02-0.1 .
2.Mechanical properties:

4.Application :
