We sell computer hardware since 1997. We started this job in very small office now we have biggest office than other wholeseller and we want to import computer hardware. We have 39 reseller and biggest stock in city of Ankara. Please contact our company manager. This agreement is in force until establishing a J. V. Company with a European partner in Turkey. As a result of this agreement if J. V. Company is established, either the loan will be reimbursed to E. C. Commission or E. C. Commission will become a shareholder with a capital of 1.000.000 ECU. And will transfer it's share to the Corporation in several years. If the Joint-Venture Company can not be realised, E. C. Investment partnership will donate the money given in the period of planning the project. We have to find a partner from European Community Countries. But since the period of agreement has been ended up thereupon with a second application, we requested that we were looking for a partner. If we can find him the opportunity will go on. According to the last information we got, the loan that have been used for project expenses have been donated with respect to some certain conditions. When we find a foreign partner later they have marked that they will approve the validity of our rights in the agreement already we have signed.
