The brief history of Ravi Flock Industry
is that it was founded by my father( sardar Muhammad Late ) .He started work as wood pllater in ( Ludhana) India
in 1936.When Pakistan came into being in 1947 on the world map. He migrated to city (Lyallpur) presently called
Faisalabad .He began his work as a meatel platters inthe field of scarf ,bed sheet and shawls without electostate facility.
Before that there was no any concept of flock and flocking materials in pakistan .In the begning we saw a German made
flocking fibric piece then we work on it. Then at last with many hardships we found its raw material locally in
Pakistan.we made many kinds of experiments on it because there is no institute of flock in Pakistan ans
nobody knows about flock. There was no experience of flock and flocking method in the textile field.Then we
made a small unit ( Ravi Flock Industry ) in 1985 in the city faisalabad. In rented place When we began our
business its capital was 1000USD .we run it with three brothers and having five labour people with act of
Pakistan labour act. Now we have our owend unit its price is 1,20,000=/ USD and running capital 25,000
USD.Now our unit ( Ravi Flock Industry ) knows as a founder of flock powder and flocking materials.now we
have flock cutting process flock dying process flock heat transfer sheet making and flock chest printing
process. we make flock sheets first time in pakistan

Ravi Flock Industry is one of the famous flocking industry of Pakistan located in the city which is called
Manchester of Pakistan named Faisalabad. Ravi Flock Industry was established in 1985 the founder of the
Company was Mian Sardar Muhammad (late). Now the company was run by his beloved son Mian Bisharat
Ali, Mian Ishtiaq and Mr. Waseem corporate to run the company production and managing its functionality
Mian Bisharat Ali learn the art of flocking from his father after day by day company was going high n high
under the supervision of Mian Bisharat especially in flock and flocking material |
