| About us | BACKGROUND Prism Architectural Design Group is a team of design professionals and consultants who have been working together for many years. Our group includes architects and engineers. It is a great benefit that all the services are generally performed in-house so that the work of all the disciplines can be well coordinated. Complete design services are offered for most project types.. We have completed a wide range of building designs including Residential, commercial, industrial and public projects. PERSONNEL Our office staff includes a variety of personnel with extensive design experience in the areas of architectural, structural, site, and electrical. DESIGN SERVICES The level of service offered to the client is based on the individual needs of the client, ranging from full bid service to minimum council approval level of services. We can also provide individual services for any one of the disciplines required in the design process. The traditional full bid option is available and is commonly provided. Services provided at this level include the following: Space needs analysis; schematic design, design development, construction documentation, local authority and council plan approvals, bidding and contract administration. The design-build partnership arrangement between the owner, general contractor and the architect is also a regularly provided level of service. Services provided at this level may include any of the services listed above as required by the general contractor and owner to meet the project needs. DESIGN PRINCIPLES Our approach to design enables us to work well with a variety of clients. We understand the work and the needs of most clients because of our broad-based experience with a diversity of clients and commercial building applications. ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH PRISM ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GROUP We have experience with a large variety of commercial residential building applications as well as extensive on-the-job construction experience.
