| About us | We work in varied capacities as principal to minority equity roles and sometimes in pure advisory poisiton. We provide access to a full range of services including techno-financial feasibility studies, bringing in project partners, turnkey implementation expertise, deal structuring, marketing, trading and sales. We take principal equity stake, provide loans and other forms of financing directly or through our affiliates. We acquire mining leases, engage in surveys, exploration and extraction activities via affiliates. We bring in turnkey project setup experience and installation of downstream processing and manufacturing infrastructure. The commodity coverage ranges from oil, gas, coal, metals to agricultural and softs.. Group's trading arm is well connected with trading desks and is able to source crude oil and refined products/metals, fuel oil, bitumen, various grades of coal and coke, fertilizers, cement, clinker, iron ore and other commodities globally. We have a number of joint venture partners in areas of cement, power plants, construction equipment, rotary kilns and dryers, mineral crushing and grinding plants, chemical and industrial plants, packing plants, flourmills and millstones, road machinery. Besides these, we have a number of technical partnerships where we develop the projects. |
