LOCATION Located in Gurgaon (Haryana), India, the industrial belt and one of the most developing area in northern India, (SIL) has established itself as one place, which has all solutions for the sheet metal components, be it air and oil filters, automobile silencers, shock absorbers, etc. INFRASTRUCTURE The plant is located on Delhi ¨C Jaipur Highway NH ¨C 8.25 Kms from IGI, in the Prime Industrial belt in Gurgaon District, Haryana. Total Land Area : 12.6 Acres Total Covered Area : 25,000 Square Feet. The plant is surrounded by natural greenery, which creates a very healthy atmosphere. The plant encompasses 87 big and medium size machines including Pneumatic Presses, Power Presses, High Precision Lathes, All type of welding machines and grinding machines. Power is supplied from HSEB with 249 KVA power line. However, a power back up of two generators of 140 KVA and 62 KVA capacity has been installed so that the work is not hampered. NEW DEVELOPMENT SIL has, over a period of time undertaken development works for the various automobile components and has in turn suggested alternative ways for the automobile sector. The development team of SIL is a blend of qualified young and experienced personnel, which make sure that the work is done in quality and time. SIL undertakes all development work in sheet metal components in association with the customers. It has established itself as one stop shop for new product developments.
