| About us | Madison forging & casting is strategically located in the heart of midnorth of Chia, offring an aboundance of cast,easy access in info-communication and versatile traffic facilities. It is only 12 kilometers away from airport, and 35 kilometers from sea port. Our location is recognized as a hup site that has outstanding commercial truck lines and ready acess to reach every corner of the world. 2.Madison has two subsidiary plants: (1) forging plant (2) casting plant. It totally covers 52,180 squre meters,and the fixed asset values 910 million US Dollars. 2.1 The foundery mainly engaged in: automatic sand-moulding casting,manufacturing different kinds of casting parts abd US or British standard pipe fittings in ductile iron, maleable and grey cast iron. We have 231 sets key equipments, and our annual capicity is 20,000 tons. 2.2. Our froging plant, mainly engaged in drop forging. We have friction press (100-400T),punching machine(160T) and tens of other lines, annual capacity reaches 1,500 tons. Our factory has advanced equipment with powerful R&D capacity and completely quality assurance system.we have 808 staffs with 58 technical and admistrative empoyees which includes 6 advanced engineers and 20 senior engineers. 3. Introduction of the equipments 3.1 Foundery plant and equipments: The foundery covers 4875.26M2, main equipment including 4 casting lines,3 sand moulding lines,2 sets cupola furnace with 5T/h &3T/h each,1 set frequency introduction furnaces. The surface treatment workshop workshop covers 1480.45M2 with 24 sets griding machine. The heat treatment and packing workshop covers 789.32M2, and the warehouse covers 3111M2. |
