We are equipped with 2 lines of sulphuric acid, one 120,000-ton is from sulphur, accompanied by a 3000KW power plant; another is from sulphur iron mine and a 1500KW power plant. Annual output of sulphuric acid which content of 93%,98%,105% totally up to 300,000 tons; 3,500 00000KW/h power; US$ 20 millions revenue in market value and US$ 4 millions in tax. In order to enlarge our market share and back up competitiveness, we plan (1)a US$12 million investment to establish a joint venture called Jianlong Sulphur Acid Ltd in Tongliao(Inner Mongolia). Estimated annual output is up to 0.3 million tons. The construction started on 8th Aug and will see an end in July 2005. (2)a US$12 million investment to establish another joint venture called Jianlong Sulphur Acid Ltd in Langfang(Hebei). Estimated annual output is up to 0.3 million tons. The construction will start after 10th Feb and will see an end in 2005. The time the 3 projects goes effect, our annual producing ability will mount to 1 million, thus Becomes the largest and most profit maker in northern China. And demand for sulphur will Increase to 0.3 million tons per year. |
