| About us | Owning a factory covering 15,000 square meters, we cast steel, copper, aluminum, agate steel, nodular cast iron, ductile iron, gray iron, and other metal materials in this facility. We can produce according to customers' requirements working from drawings and samples. Our factory contains such equipment as 3 ton and 5 ton cupola furnaces, 250kg and 500kg electric furnaces, clearing blast machines, vacate stressing machine, molding machines etc. Meanwhile, our advanced lab equipment can examine the composition of various materials. Our machine processing equipment includes a lathe, borer, planer, grinder, miller and stamping machine, as well as 35 ton, 63 ton, 80 ton and 160 ton punching machines. We also have equipment for welding, spray molding, lacquer spraying and lacquer scorching. We can also complete mold processing according to contract designs, for production of all types of stamped molds, accurate mold spares and stamped spares. Mainly outputting vehicle and motor fittings, we are exporting to clients in America, Canada, Germany, Japan and all the countries of Southeast Asia. Employing more than 500 workers, including scores of senior engineers, designers and lab engineers, our entire staff, led by General Manager Mr. Hu Qizhu, warmly welcomes new customers. |
