The result of this commitment is a premium line of high-performance, all natural polymers that we are very proud to include in the Zenicare System. THE ZENERBET PLATFORM is composed of a polyester prepared by reacting dimer alcohol, dimer acid and octyl dodecanol. The resulting patent pending polyester is a highly branched liquid that is highly lubricating and conditioning for hair and skin applications. ZENERBET is a polymer that has a high molecular (10,000) and is non-irritating. We at Zenitech believe that this and related products will be the new generation of products replacing Guerbet derivatives in the personal care industry. We recommend the use of products from this platform in conditioning shampoos and conditioners. These products can also be used in pigment grinds and skin care products where the conditioning effect on skin is dramatic. THE ZENESTER PLATFORM is composed of high molecular weight (36,000) polymeric silicone polyester. It is highly lubricious and provides excellent wet comb and conditioning as well as superb skin feel when delivered from aqueous systems. ZENESTER is non-ionic and is compatible with cationic and anionic systems thereby providing the formulator with greater latitude. These products are either water soluble or dispersible or go clear into formulas. They can be cationic and there will be a micro emulsion version. THE ZENIGLOSS PLATFORM is based upon the esterification of Castor Oil and various natural oils to create a high molecular weight (3800-5800). The products are available in non-ionic and cationic versions. The wide variation of products that can be made using this technology allows for the modification of the polarity of the ester, the molecular weight and the refractive index of products. These have been shown to be key elements in providing gloss, conditioning and viscosity. ZENIGLOSS polymers are themselves oil soluble and consequently insoluble at higher concentrations in water. The use of ZENIGLOSS polymers in hair conditioners at very low concentrations, results in very effective conditioners and emollients, which is a topic of one of many Zenitech patents. The versatility of this technology is astonishing it is effectively used in hair, skin, sun, color and nail care. THE ZENIWAX PLATFORM is a reaction of pharmaceutical grade Beeswax and naturally derived octyl dodecanol (a Guerbet alcohol). This results in a patented emollient that provides moisturizing qualities and improves playtime in color applications. It has excellent barrier qualities for sun and skin and may be used in hair conditioning. By adding natural or essential oils we have created Butters that encompass all of the above qualities and could expand an infinitesimal number of products for the Chemist Choice. THE ZENIMER PLATFORM is the essence of 3D HLB. Products made in this platform solublize oil, water and silicone to create products for skin sun and hair. WE have improved substantivity by creating cationic version. All products in this class are clear in aqueous formulations, since they are water soluble. All products in the class have a molecular weight of 6000. The products are compatible with surfactant system, build foam and have no effect on viscosity. |
