| About us | Our main products include: 1) YCR/YTR series unidirectional and bidirectional thyristors (SCRs & triacs), widely used in the circuits, such as dimming, timing, frequency conversion, motor-controlling, creepage protector, color lamp controller, motor ignitor, and steady relay 2) SBD series Schottky diodes, used in high frequency switching power as continuation and rectifying components, in super high frequency, and microwave circuits as demodulation and mixing, such as the power circuit of PC and portable PC 3) JS series transistors, used in switching power, energy saving lamps and electronic ballasts 4) Small and middle power plane transistors 5) Electric components, such as capacitors, resistors, silicon rectifiers, glass passivated rectifiers, Zener diodes 6) Electronic ballasts & energy saving lamps Covering an area of 2,7833 square meters, with production workshop about 3,300 square meters (purifying workshop 1,700 square meters), assistant production workshop 1,600 square meters. We have 300 employees, among which more than 34% have college degree and 53% with junior college degree. So our employees are knowledgeable and youthful. Our company hold one 3 inch and one 4 inch completed advanced semiconductor line of the front process and power equipment, owned 100 degree and 1000 degree purifying workshop. Our company is one of the first manufacturers of unidirectional and bidirectional thyristors and Schottky barrier diode in china. Many of our products have obtained national and provincial class new production certificate. The 3 inch line has the ability of 11,000 chips and 4 inch line has 20,000 chips.
