We can also assist with the whole process of setting up and doing business in india, legal and tax implications, accountancy, and so on. In most cases, the indian government requires that for all tenders where machinery and equipment are concerned, the supplier must have an indian agent to look after the servicing and maintenance, the supply of spare parts; and they should also have an office in india to carry this out. Of course, we are happy to discuss any variation, or combination of these roles with any particular client/supplier.
