| About us | Our company now has various seamless steel tube manufacturing equipment, including one progressive blank pipe heater, 200mm diameter three-roller puncher and 200mm diameter two-roller duo-puncher each, two 200MT hydraulic cold pullers, one 200MT hydraulic cold press, one progressive thermal treatment furnace (with high pressure water jet for scale removal), one six-roller straightener, two high-speed cutters, one electro-magnetic ultrasonic unit and vortex non-destructive defect detection unit each and on-line length measuring, weighing, tag spraying and angle reversing manufacturing line. Our annual manufacturing capacity for various seamless steel tubes amounts to 25,0000MT. The product specifications include: outer diameter of 139 - 273mm and wall thickness of 6 - 30mm. The main products cover structure pipes, fluid transportation pipes, low and medium pressure boiler pipes, high pressure boiler pipes, petroleum tubing, hydraulic cylinder pipes, ship pipes, fertilizer pipes, line pipes, high temperature pipes and low temperature pipes. Since 1950, Jiangsu Xigang Group has begun to manufacture seamless steel tubes. Our company now has three seamless steel tube manufacturing lines, which are large bore seamless steel tube manufacturing line and 100mm diameter hot rolling manufacturing line of Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. and small bore cold pulled seamless steel tube manufacturing line of Wuxi Sifang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. now possesses one set of 100mm diameter Teranswar three-roller tube machine, one set of pipe blank ring heater, one Mannesmann puncher, one 100mm diameter Teranswar three-roller tube machine, one progressive reheater, one 18-frame tension reducer, straightener, pipe cutter, ultrasonic detector, vortex non-destructive defect detector, automatic length tester, weighing machine, finishing machine of surface spray-coating and tester. Product specifications include: outer diameter of 21-108mm and wall thickness of 2.5-20mm. Annual hot rolling capacity for seamless steel tubes reaches 65,000MT. The main products are oil pipes, semi-shaft pipes for automobile, structure pipes, fluid pipes, low and medium pressure boiler pipes and high pressure boiler pipes. Wuxi Sifang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958 and now possesses one set of 76mm diameter automatic pipe rolling unit and 50mm diameter pipe puncher each and 12 sets of 10 - 65MT cold pullers. The annual manufacturing capacity for small bore cold pulled seamless steel tubes amounts to 45,000MT. The product specifications are: outer diameter of 6 - 89mm and wall thickness of 0.5 - 15mm. The main products include structure pipes, fluid pipes, low and medium pressure boiler pipes, high pressure boiler pipes and fertilizer pipes.
