We are a metal-processing manufacturer& exporter specialized in producing precise metal stamping parts and automatic lathe machining parts. Our company has 110 employees and occupies a standard workshops of 3000 square meters. We mainly customize precise metal parts for overseas industrial corporation. Our products involve in metal stamping parts, standard and nonstandard lathed metal parts used for electronics, communication industry, instrument, home appliances, automobile components, medical instrument, construction hardware and furniture accessory. We own full set of processing equipments, which include 25 stamping machines of 6.3T-160T,20 precision automatic lathes,10 manual lathes,6 CNC lathe,4 tapping machines,2 wire cutting machines,2 milling machines,2 grinding machines,2 plate sawing machines and 2 bending machines. Besides, we have various advanced inspection instruments such as imported optical projector, micrometer, plug guage and vernier calliper. These advanced equipments enable us to complete full process of stamping, lathing and tapping. If client requires, we also can provide related service such as polishing, plating, assembly and so on.
