| About us | We have 350 employees including 50 engineers and our company occupies an area of 11,000 square meters with 12,000 square meters of factory building. The registered capital is USD80,000,000 and our annual output reaches 100,000,000,000pcs, including 40,000,000,000pcs of high precision chrome steel balls and 60,000,000,000pcs of other kinds. Over the past years, we have adopted the idea that quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and always put quality as the top priority. The sound and effective management system, and job responsibility system have been established for years. We have imported several automatic assembly lines from Japan and sent core engineers to Japan to learn the advanced technology and management methods. Now, our customers have taken the products from these assembly lines as substitutes of imported precision steel balls. In recent years, through the cooperation with professional steel balls manufacturers such as THT (Japan), the management, technology and technique levels have been increased continuously. The technology level of our steel balls has been up to the most advanced level and earns good reputation among the steel balls manufacturers. In 1997 the corporation obtained the Certificate ISO9002 of Quality System 1994 issued by China Quality Recognition Center of Import-export Commodities and in 2001 got the license to do self-run foreign trade. Now the corporation has been awarded the Certificate of ISO9001 and TS16949 Quality System by UK IRQA. After being assessed by the Jiangsu Far Eastern International Certified Valuators Corporation Ltd., our company has been ranked as AAA Enterprise. The manufacturing scale is on the list of the top 5 biggest steel balls manufacturers in China. We positively take new technique and materials to develop new products and have developed 15 new products. |
