| About us | The company opened its branch in Malaysia called Wirepro Technologies Sdn Bhd to expand our business in South East Asia. We have acquired a supporting company in Indonesia called P. T. Titantech for press parts and plating as an expansion for group operations. The company opened another branch in Kabinburi industrial estate, Prachinburi, Thailand with an area of 2400 sq ft because of the increased global needs. We are ISO 9001:2000, And ISO 14001:2004 company and working towards TS 16949 to upgrade ourselves for the global market. Ou experience in manufacturing the springs is more than 15 years. We can make precise and more complex wirefroms and springs with the wire diameter upto 5mm. "We are one of the leaders in South East Asia in the field of complex spring manufacturing. " "We are one of the leading companies who manufacture springs using the Multislide Technology in the South East Asia. " Most of our machines are from Italy and some built in-house for both medium and mass production to compete with the market price. We also manufacture metal stamping parts by using the progressive dies, compound dies with the accuracy of up to 20 microns. Our metal stamping parts are highly effective because of the experienced design of the dies. At the present we manufacture parts up to 100 tons with the expansion plan up to 400 tons. Our parts are passed through many quality checks confirming to ISO standards and delivered to the customers. We build our own injection molds by using advanced techniques and latest CAD/CAM facilities. We fabricate them in our own well equipped toolroom with sophisticated machinaries. Our special ability to design mold within 2 to 3 weeks is The key area in capturing large customers who require faster model changes. The quality of the contact parts is assured 100% to the customers. Priority #1: We have our own team of machine tool design engineers who design specialized machines for mass production. We are capable of designing simple machines using pneumatics, hydraulics, or mechanical systems. Priority #2: Wireform will now be building a special department for simple machine tool designs for mass production and will begin to manufacturethese machines for internal use. We also design jigs, fixtures, and other hand tools, pneumatic tools, and mechanical toold for use in assembly of products. Our dedicated engineers in our Machine tool section have more than 20 years experience in metal manufacturing and have the ability to design versatile machines, for simple and complex parts semi automated or fully automated production techniques. |
