| About us | Vitamin's range of products includes more then one hundred products, such as ground seasoning pepper, pepper extract oleoresin, universal food seasoning gurman, several tea-mixtures, ice-deserts, food additives etc. The annual production capacities enable the company: To produce 1500 tons of ground pepper To fill 50 millions filter tea-bags To pack more then 10 million bags of different products for household use To produce seasoning mixtures for 10000 tons of meat products To produce seeds for growing seasoning pepper on 2000 hectares Fifty-five years of permanent dedicated work took vitamin to the very top of food processing industry, what is confirmed by numerous awards on domestic and international fairs. With total of 190 employees and modern up-to-date technology vitamin is one of the most successful company in yugoslav food processing industry. The factory is equipped for drying and processing of the seasoning pepper and other seasoning vegetables, as well as medicinal herbs. It is also the sole producer of seasoning pepper seed in yugoslavia. Vitamin is best known for it's main product, seasoning pepper. The assortment offers delicatessen ground pepper, red sweet, red hot and crushed hot sausage pepper. There is another member of this family product, the oil extract of seasoning pepper - oleoresin. It contains all the seasoning properties of pepper and it has stable aroma, as well as high coloring capacities. Besides seasoning pepper, vitamin produces whole range of other spices and food additives, such as pepper, cinnamon, caraway, laurel, baking soda, preserver, lemon acid, oregano, baking powder, vanilla sugar, coconut flour, dried grapes, cocoa powder and others. From it's early days vitamins pays great attention to export. Top quality of its products is the main reason why vitamin has numerous costumers all over the world. |
