Varadhasta Plastics was established in 1986 by Mr. N. P. Eklahare for the exclusive manufacture of PVC Shrink Films and Reverse Printed Shrink Labels. Mr. N. P. Eklahare, a Mechanical Engineer and a Master in Plastics Technology from the erstwhile U. D. C. T. Mumbai envisioned a huge potential for these products in the years to come. Backed by excellent technical expertise and infrastructure, Varadhasta Plastics has grown over the years as one of the largest manufacturers of PVC Shrink film, Security Holographic Shrink Sleeves, Reverse Printed Shrink Labels and Wine & Champagne Capsules in India serving all large scale organizations in the country in addition to exports all over the world including Middle East, Africa, U. S. A. Europe and Asia.

Mr. Rahul Eklahare who joined the company in 2001 has added several new dimensions to the company with his technical expertise in Production Engineering and Masters in Packaging Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, U. S. A.
