Our office complex, production plant and warehouse are all designed to provide a well-organized and comfortable working environment. As part of our commitment to be a leader in plastic extrusion technologies, we set into motion a continuing construction and modernization program. Additional construction and modernization projects will continue to take place in all three of our facilities, allowing for the installation of new equipment and work flow improvement. To continue our commitment to the industry in future, plans are in process for expansion at our three facilities in the areas of manufacturing, warehousing and materials handling. The most important elements in the profile extrusion manufacturing process are engineering and tooling. Vp plastics has a complete engineering department offering customers design and drafting assistance with the most current computer aided design(cad)system. Our engineering department is involved in all facets of our organization from initial quote to product development to process improvement. Our tooling department is capable of producing jigs&fixtures, tools and other secondary equipment pertinent to your production needs. Quality engineering design and tooling help assure production of custom extruded plastic component that meets the highest quality standards for our esteemed customers. |
