In order to achieve this target each and every time, we have devised a systematic work process as follows: Sourcing: It is our firm belief that selection of manufacturing source is the most important criteria for final quality merchandise. We at vmz sourcing go into detail in evaluating a manufacturer, in terms of their in house quality system, available machinery, factory floor space, quota availability, financial strength, and their past record. Experience of knowing and working with good factories can play an important role. Merchandising: Quality merchandise requires good merchandising staff. For proper communication between the buyer and the manufacturer, the merchandisers have to be well-versed in international quality standards and manufacturing techniques. At vmz sourcing our merchandisers provide the buyers with all proper follow up, guide the manufacturers to perform up to the required specs, and maintain a strict shipment schedule. In the initial placement of order stage, the merchandisers help the buyer to place the right order with the right manufacturer at the right price. Quality assurance: At vmz sourcing, our quality assurance staff are the eyes and ear of our buyers. We select our qa inspector with utmost care, train them according to our in house quality system, so that each one is checking under the same principles. A weekly meeting of all the qa inspector with the q. C. Manager helps us to overcome any potential problems, and also enables us to evolve solutions for any ongoing difficulties. Developments: At vmz sourcing, we created this department realizing that without new developments in fabrication and styling we cannot expand our business. From the first sketches received from our buyers we start the sampling process in house. Our sampling in-charge goes directly to the fabricators and accessories suppliers to quickly come up with a proto sample. He also is at constant lookout for new fabrications and styling.
