Total Commercial Credit Management (China) Co., Ltd., established in 1993, is one of the earliest and biggest companies, which manage international collection and credit report in China. It became a member of TCM Group and American Collectors Association when it was set up. Total Commercial Credit Management (China) Co., Ltd. is a credit management company specialized in collection and investigation, which is co-founded by Finance Service Company of Shandong Foreign Trade Business Economy Office and Hongkong TCM Company. It consists of three departments: Collection, Investigation and Legal Department. But it works as a team to guarantee a collection workflow from pre-legal to legal action. The Investigation Department has a database and can supply credit reports of companies both in China and Abroad. The Collection Department can collect debt/outstanding payment domestically and internationally with assistance from Legal Department and the members of TCM Group. |
