| About us | We are currently manufacturing one of our wheel chair cushion covers in Hong Kong and are looking for a supplier of a new specialized China manufactured fabric material. We are looking for a cushion cover fabric material that has the following specs: Material thickness 45 to 100 Denier 80% nylon or polyester 20% spandex 5.2 ounce per square yard Material that is stretchable in both directions Material color: Black We have utilized US made material in the past but we are now seeking a China based manufacture to make a better material that must be FR (fire retardant) This material must pass stringent medical flame retardant testing such as the following tests: ISO 1021-1 ISO 1021-2 We currently are looking at a yearly purchase volume of 50,000 yards of this material with possible bigger volumes in the future. We are seeking a China fabric supplier and would like to get material specs, pricing, and samples from manufacturers interested in supplying us this fabric.
