Our endeavors were focused towards keeping pace with the changing trends in hardware technology and variations in customer needs. Emphasis is laid on product designs as well as new product development. A variety of metals are used to make these products like brass, iron, chrome and cast iron. Our quality control programme has been designed and implemented by specialized quality control consultant. Our q. C. Managers are put through an extensive training on all final aspects of quality. Implementation of these procedures at every stage of production and finishing has helped bring down our final rejection rate to 4% as compared to 12% last year. Skin carding: We offer additional services like skin carding in customers design, double blister, bar coding and customised inner/master packing. |
