Hence, we plan to expand our recycling and air-pollution prevention businesses. We are already operating a plant that produces li-ion batteries for notebook pcs and cellular phones in chungju. Additionally we have developed a li-ion polymer battery, and we have almost finished constructing a plant that will begin with operating in year 2000. We exported a cotton spinning plant and a filament plant to India and Indonesia. Likewise, we built saehan textile in Indonesia which has become an international leader in that industry. Moreover, we have built up a sound foundation for our global business system by establishing saehan industries America, Japan and hong kong. Saehan, has entered the 1 trillion won earrings due to stable development, and we have constantly changed under the goal of becoming the number one chemical material company in the world by following a strategy of diversification and internationalization.
