The Brazil sugar choice agency international (this is a binding agreement between the buyer and seller) Below are the globally accepted proceedings adopted by the Brazil constitution for all sellers of cane sugar. (note: These are non-negotiable procedures for processing orders) A statement of understanding between: The buyer and the Brazil sugar choice agency international (on behalf of the seller). (buyers & sellers) 1. Buyer sends LOI & bcl or LOI with full banking details allowing a soft probe. 2. Seller sends the fco. 3. Buyer issues icpo or returns signed fco. 4. Seller sends draft contract duly signed, sealed and stamped. 5. Hard contract copies are exchanged and signed. 6. Seller issues proof of product (pop) eight (8) banking days after receiving pof. (non-operative lc). 7. Seller issues performance bond 2% to activate lc. 8. Shipment and payment are then made. You will sign contract with the seller directly. In order for the seller to send you their fco please send a dated LOI and bcl with full banking details and address to the Brazil sugar choice agency (on behalf of the seller). We may not be able to respond if, the above procedures are not adhered to. We value your business but if, you are not in agreement with the above procedures then we are sorry but we could not do business with you. Please do not insist on any other suggestions on the procedure as they have been adopted after a long period of experience. Looking forward to doing business with you. |
