Texfab is a leading manufacturer and exporter of dyesprings in the world. The dyepsrings are ideal package centres for yarn as it increases the machine loading capacity, facilitates easy and uniform flow of dye liquor and equalises the density variations of different packages. Texfab dyesprings are made our of high quality corrosion free stainless steel wire in aisi 304 and aisi 316 grades respectively for dyeing and bleaching. The coiling and lacing are both done on state of the art automatic machines to close tolerances. The springs are heat treated to releive stress and retain elasticity for long life. The dyesprings can be made to any size as per customers requirements and are compatible with all texturising, twisting and soft winding machines as well as different type of dryers. The radially compressible dyesprings for high shrinkage yarns and conical springs for autoconers can also be offered. Texfab dyesprings are available, if required, in various colour tags for easy identification and segregation of different yarn lots and dyesprings. It is a matter of pride that the quality management system adopted by us has been certified to be in conformance with the standards of ISO 9001 2000 by orion registrar INC. Of USA and we are the 1st and only one so far to be so certified in India for our range of products. |
