| About us | The plant has built on 45.000 m2 the indoor usage area is 19300 m2. There are; * 28 vertical silos with the capacity of 11.000 tones of wheat * 10 vertical silos with the capacity of 6.000 tones of flour Automatic Packaging system has the capacity of 30 tones per hour. Our production lines are in closed section; air manipulated with 12 role mills that are fully automatic and the all machinery is brand new with the modern technology. The production system is being controlled by computers and electronic control systems and also the screening system is up to date. Tekirdag UN is the symbol of quality in its sector because the production is based on high technology and the raw materials are being chosen with its best. Tekirdag UN products are in the market with three major brands to meet the satisfaction of its customers; * KARUN brand is for the desert, pastry, bakery & bread products * STARBIS brand is for biscuits are the best for expectance of consumers. As the new investment, the modification and the pasteurization flour line also the enzyme carrier line has been in production since 2003 with the capacity of 4 tones per hour. We also supply goods to our private label customers, which are well known companies throughout the world as well as Turkey by producing private label products for them.
