| About us | Our drawn tubes are having ID surface finish 20 micro-in or 0.50 micro-m (sink tubes have higher Ra values). We can supply tubes in coil as well straight lengths with minimal residual stress. We have rotary Draw-Block to draw tubes in coil form followed by Degrease System for cleaning tubes. Our Bright Annealing Furnace is reducing atmosphere type equipped with latest controls and infrared temperature pyrometer. We have Hydro-tester, Tube Straightening set-up, Print Marking and Packing facility. Our tubes range starts from sizes 16 mm to 3 mm diameter and 1.65 mm to 0.5 mm wall thickness. We can supply tubes in coil form (10 to 12 kg) as well cut lengths in 3 or 6 meters as per ASTM A-269/A-213 standards. Tubes with.035" ( or 1 mm) wall thickness in coil lengths can be; Size imperial 1/2" x.035" Coil lengths 120' to 140' (metrics 12 x 1 mm coil lengths 35 to 40 meters). Size imperial 3/8" x.035" Coil lengths 180' to 200' (metrics 10 x 1 mm coil lengths 45 to 50 meters). Size imperial 1/4" x.035" Coil lengths 275' to 325' (metrics 6 x 1 mm coil lengths 80 to 85 meters). Our laboratory has state of art instruments/equipments like; 1000 X Microscope & High Resolution (5 mega pixels) Digital Camera (Olympus make). Double Disc Variable Speed Polishing Machine (Metco make). Computerized UTM 200 kN Capacity (Fine Testing make). Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester 15kg and 30kg load (Fine Testing make). Muffle Furnace 2012 F (1100 C) temperature. Wet laboratory facility for corrosion test as per ASTM A-262 practice E. Infrared Pyrometer (Eurotron make) to measure tube process temperature. Surface roughness tester for Ra values (Mittutoyo make) We also can offer bright annealed TP-304/304L & TP-316/316L grade welded tubes small sizes as per ASTM standards in small diameters. We have a reliable argon atmosphere TIG welded mother tube supplier in coiled form up to 50 KG weight in small sizes. We can also draw and bright anneal Titanium, Inconel etc. Small size tubes for you.
