| About us | In year 1997, we set up 100% Export Oriented(E. O. U)& ISO 9002 Certified Spinning Mill wherein we produce monthly 550 tons of 100% Cotton Carded& Combed Yarn, Siro Cleared(Contamination Controlled). We use Raw-Cotton of American, West African, Australian and Indian origins. Our spinning mill is equipped with most modern machineries from Reiter - Switzerland, Murata - Japan, Fully Equipped Zellweger Uster Laboratory - Switzerland, Xorella Yarn Conditioning - Switzerland, Caterpillar Power Plant - USA, Wartsila Power Plant - Finland. On vertical integration, we have now set up state-of-the-art Knitwear manufacturing plant in extension to our yarn mill, equipped with 40 Knitting Machines from Vanguard - USA for producing Single Jersey, Pique, Rib 1X1 Knitted Fabric in Body Size Dia's from 14 upto 30& Gauges from 16 upto 28, Soft Flow Dyeing Plant with Compaction from Thies, Scholl, MCS, Fab-Con, Santex, Jemco, Calator and 520 Stitching Machines from Brother, Juki, Yamato, Jetsew, Durkopp Adler, Union Special, Pegasus, Rimoldi, all imported& fully automatic, with monthly production capacity of 450 tons of Grey& Dyed Knitted Fabric& 100,000 Dozens of T-shirts, Polo Shirts and Knitwear. Needless to mention, this is one of the largest vertical integrated production capacity in India, all under one roof. Our above factories are located at Murbad, District Thane, Maharashtra, just 50 kms from Mumbai Sea Port and 90 kms from Mumbai Airport.
