In year 2001, the company passed the authorization of the ISO9001 system. Yi Jia Muslim Food Co. Ltd. Covers an area of 100,000 square meters, including 28,000 square meters of construction area with 70% of green land. The company has one slaughtering line,3 food-processing lines, frozen food line, and a well-equipped Food Technology Institute. The total staffs are 300 persons, among them 20 is management team, and 100 are food technicians. To ensure the high standard production, the company has imported key equipment from Germany, South Korea and other countries. Production adopts HACCP and EU hygiene standard, slaughtering line operates by special trained workers from Muslim community. Annual slaughtering capacity is 60,000 cattle and 18,000 tons of frozen or fresh meat cuts. With more than 20 varieties of frozen food in 3 classes, the annual capacity reaches 2,000 tons. And, the miscellaneous canned, marinated, smoked, roasted, dried further processed meat have the capacity of 6,000 tons per year.
