| About us | Based on the experiences on grape marc as animal feed he had gained as owner of the 1996 founded tuzun agricultural products ltd, hasan tuzun decided to use the seeds contained in grape marc to yield products of higher value in 2004. After buying new premises, building new production facilities, and recruiting a new management team headed by the german chemical engineer dr. -ing. Thomas muller the tuzun oil company restarted in january 2005. After affiliating his nephew, ahmet aslan, as new partner, tuzun oil is now a family owned company. With a capacity of 1.500 tons of grape seed oil and more than 10.000 tons of grape seed flour per year the tuzun oil company is now worldwide one of the greatest manufacturers of this valuable nature products. Since the by-products (18.000 tons per year) forms an important additive for high-grade animal feed our production line yields no waste materials. Settled in the mersin-tarsus industrial park the company owns two production buildings - each of more than 1.200 sqm - on total permises of nearly 30.000 sqm. At the moment, we produce cold pressed grape seed oil, grape seed flour and cosmetic products based on cold pressed grape seed oil. Our brands are: Tzn mersin's grape seed oil, Tzn mersin's and grape seed flour, Tuzun mersin's body care oil, Tuzun mersin's hair care oil. To prevent degradation and loss of the valuable ingredients in grape seeds, we at tuzun oil co, use the cold press method and up-to-date technology to produce our grape seed oil and flour. Throughout the whole production process, we do not use any chemicals and keep the temperature permanently at low levels. This preserves the unique fatty acid composition as well as the full efficiency of the antioxidants and ensures the natural purity and the high quality of our products.
