Lead times, shipping costs and wire transfer instructions will be sent to you by e-mail. Please note that at this stage there is no obligation for you to proceed with the order. If you wish to proceed with the order you simply need to e-mail us confirming your acceptance. Our policy on refunds is that we offer 100% refund on products if returned to us in new condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Cost of all shipping and any re-import duties will be deducted. Please contact us for an authorization number before returning items. We rarely get returns and if a customer is dissatisfied for any reason it is of great concern to us. If, after accepting an order, you decide to cancel before delivery please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice total.
