Details of our offered products are as under: Yarn: 100% cotton, ring spun, auto coned, spliced and usterised for weaving and hosiery in carded from 7s to 40s & combed from 16s to 40s. We can also offer T.F.O. Two Ply/Three Ply Yarns. Open End Yarn: Autocoro production with olyguards: 6s to 20/s. Blended Yarn: Different blends of polyester cotton, polyester viscose in complete count range. Acetate Filament Yarn: 100% acetate filament yarn in 75, 120 150, 200, 300, 450 and deniers in raw white and dope dyed form. We can also offer polyester filament yarn. Woven Fabrics: 100% cotton or blended fabrics. In grey, bleached, dyed or printed form Autoloom Qualities from 59 to 104 inches to Shuttleless/Air Jet Loom Qualities From 47.5 to 140 inches Twills, drill, stains, plains, cavas, duck, percails, bull denim, stretch fabrics, oxford, dobby designs, etc. Fancy Fabric: Slubby yarn fabric, cotton wool, cotton tencel, cotton modal We can also offer all possible constructions in LENO or TUCK in selvedges. KNITTED FABRICS: In grey, bleached, dyed and printed forms. In tubular form in different diameters and in open width. Single Jersey, Fleece, RIB 1/1 and 2/2, INTERLOCK, Pique, etc. 5. Service We Offer (a) Market reports on weekly and monthly basis to keep the buyers updated with the current situation in Pakistan and assisting them to make buying decision keeping in view the future markets forecasting. (b) Sourcing products of buyers' interests with proper offers from reliable mills. Best offers are made as a combination of quality, price, delivery and other terms, finalisation of contracts. (c) Pursuance of contracts to expedite on the time shipments and conducting in-line and pre- shipment inspections to control quality. (d) Settlement of problems and proper professional 'AFFAIR SALES SERVICES'. 6. Quality Control System One of the most important features of our service is 'QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM' to ensure shipment of standard quality products as per requirements of our buyers. our Quality Control department is run under supervision of professionals having vast experience in quality control of yarn and fabrics. We have a team of two quality controllers for yarn and two for fabrics. We conduct regular in-line and pre-shipment inspections for the assurance of quality. We try to form a good team-work and rapport with suppliers for the achievements of the best possible results. 7.Future Plans We intend to further improve our service by marking investments in improvement of our reporting system and quality control system which are the backbone of our service.
