Our offer is directed mainly to small and medium companies. We advise our clients how to improve their financial position, which way of financing to choose and prepare our client to achieve it. We help them to obtain the resources for financing in a form of a credit, leasing and the others. In case of the companies which look for the financing we prepare complex information about our client for venture capital funds or other potential investors. We have also taken part in capital mergers of domestic enterprises with the foreign ones. In consequence of Poland accession to the European Union, the opportunity has appeared for many Polish firms to benefit from subsidies provided within many programs. We may professionally conduct the company through the complicated process of the subsidys acquiring: We prepare business plans, applications for the subsidy. We help at the difficult stage of the projects realization and after the projects completion we may prepare necessary technical and financial reports. What distinguishes us from many other companies is the fact that there are no initial payments, our fee is being negotiated with our client as a percentage value of the granted subsidy.
