| About us | Shipping: All merchandise will be shipped with UPS Express or DHL Express or EMS Express. Generally merchandise will be shipped in 10 KG boxes and will take 7-21 days to arrive. Upon receiving your order 1. We will confirm availability of your products. 2. Then we will send an invoice with details of payment. Please note that the invoice is valid for 48 hours only (We cannot guarantee availability longer than 48 hours for the reason our products sell very fast. ). Please advise us when you make your payment as it takes about 1 to 2 business days to receive it through Bank Wire Transfer. 3. Once payment is received in full, we will proceed with your order from our offices overseas. All information of your order such as tracking of shipment will be forwarded to you as soon as it is available to us. 4. Please allow 7 to 21 days for delivery. 5. If item is not in stock the waiting period of production is 7 to 10 days. Attention Valued Customers: All invoices are valid for up to 48 hours and items will be held for you. However, after the deadline some merchandise may be out of stock. Please make payment promptly. Payment Methods: Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union. Paypal was once accepted but unfortuently fraud put that payment method to rest. RETURN POLICY Due to the nature of the Surplus business, all sales are final NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS unless it is discussed or pre arranged with us. Even though all factories have assured us the products are factory overrun or cancelled orders of the original contract, the truth of the matter is that a SURPLUS customer must be aware of the risks involved in buying any product outside the regular authorized channel of distribution of the respected brand name company. All Surplus merchandises may be considered REPLICAS unless the proper documentation is presented to prove authenticity.
