SB also identifies Brands and recommends them to Distributors, Licensees and Sales Agencies. Throughout this document, the word Distributor is used to define either Distributor or Licensee or Sales Agency. SB operates in Russia and all 30 Western European countries: - 15 current European Union(EU)member countries 10 forthcoming EU member countries(2004) 5 non-EU member countries SB is sister to International Sports Marketing Ltd(ISM)and operates from the same UK premises in Dorking, Surrey. With identical shareholders&directors, SB continues ISM 18-year tradition of confidentiality, integrity and market intelligence. ISM conducts 80% of its business in mainland Europe, with clients including most global category Brand leaders; more than 70% of ISM client Brands are US-owned. SB expects to follow a similar pattern with regard to client base and geographical focus. |
