| About us | Terms and Conditions 1. Buyer provides Letter of Intent (LOI) on Buyer's letterhead with signature and seal. LOI must include target price, quantity, destination port, and payment terms. 2. Our company provides Full Corporate Offer to the buyer. 3. Buyer signs, seals and sends the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) along with evidence of buyer's financial capability by bank endorsement letter and full banking coordinates with the permission for verification for the seller (FAC) to our company. 4. Buyer's account is probed and/or verified. When satisfactory, Draft Contract is sent to the buyer for negotiations. 5. Buyer and seller sign and seal the draft contract and exchange by fax. Hard Copies can be exchanged by FedEx (if necessary). 6. Buyer issues and sends non-operative payment instrument to Sellers bank. 7. Seller issues and sends non-operative Performance Bond guarantee of 2% to buyer's Bank along with transmission of Proof of Product. 8. Buyer's operative payment instrument activates the seller's Performance Bond Guarantee. 9. Product occurs per contract. 10. Shipments commence as per contract. |
