Currently we export to France, America, and a dozen of other countries and regions, and we would also like to further develop our overseas business. Anode-processed, and as a result, resistant to erosion and oxidation. 4. Electrically conductive, and therefore comply with the CE and FCC safety codes. ( Our competitions are either non-anode- processed and non-resistant to oxidation, or non-conductive after anode-treatment and non-compliant with related safety codes) Quality Assurance and Manufacturing As an ISO-9001 certified company, the quality of Sky Hawk is more assured by the employment of advanced technology and total quality management. To make our products most standardized and defect-free, Sky Hawk is setting up so many automatic manufacturing equipments, such as SMD assembly lines, DIP assembly lines, AOI lines, and wave solder burn-in test instruments. We also constructed a full line of manufacturing facilities including: Tooling & Metal Forming, Electronic Nickel Plating, Plastic Injection, Coating, Stamping & Punching, Cable & Wire Assembling, and so on. In addition to meeting all our customers order requirement, our plentiful manufacturing capacity even accomplishes over 20% of our annual income by OEM/ODM orders. |
