Management identifies the essential features of purchase order from the point of view of quality assurance. Product (Raw material) quality verification is there. Well-established and maintained procedures of verification/ storage & maintenance of inventory (Raw material, Semi products, finished products, Machinery) is present. We here identify and maintain procedures for identifying the products from applicable drawing, specification of other documents during various stages of production. Regular inspection processes are applied that is at receiving stage, processing stage and final stage with documentary proof. Highly accurate and maintained inspection instruments are present. To meet the quality needed by customers we have setup procedures for the control of inspection though Gauges etc. We have proper procedures for handling, storing, packing and delivery of products. |
